Zenthai Shiatsu is a movement based therapy. Drawing from Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and Osteopathic technique. The depth is through body weight, stretching and connection. Danced through the lens of Chinese Medicine, working with the fascia, joints, acu pressure points and all the soft tissues in the body to create freedom structurally and energetically.
