This is a journey through the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine with the focused lens of Zenthai. We dedicate each day to an elemental frequency, exploring it’s unique wisdom and vibration. This training like the Level One Foundations course can be used as the introductory pre-requisite to the 9 month Therapist Programme.
What’s included:
Thai Massage, Shiatsu and structural techniques, exploring applications and how they integrate within a holistic bodywork
Principles of anatomy and Traditional Chinese Medicine relevant to the techniques studied
Study of muscular and structural systems how to locate and treat them in relation to common postural imbalances, pain, stiffness and reduced mobility.
Daily morning movement practice (yoga, partner yoga...) and morning tea.
Hands-on practice in giving and receiving the techniques learned, focusing on quality of touch.
Learning materials: manual, and video. Plus a month free access to the Zenthai online portal, including beginner to advanced Bodywork, Partner Yoga, Solo Movement and Flying Therapeutics
