Enjoy a 2.5hr workshop designed to nourish your body deeply with a focused intention for the liver energy to flow free. This is such a good time of year to improve our relationship with the liver and treat it well.
When we nourish the liver, we are nourishing our life.
We will include practices you will be encouraged and supported to integrate into your life beyond the workshop. Ill make a resource so you know what time of day is best to do each thing and when not to.
Included in the workshop is:
* Breathing practices,
* Yoga (Zenthai Flow style - which combines yoga asana, qi gong and primal movement).
* Partner yoga,
* Dancing,
* Self enquiry
* Learning a sequence - manual included
* Practicing giving and receiving quality bodywork
* Connecting with community conciously and authentically.
* Practicing the Principles of 'Less is More, Perfect Fit and Both bodies relaxed'.
(please outline if you have any physical restrictions that may make moving close to the ground a challenge).
Zenthai is a holistic style of bodywork, a movement based modality drawing from Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and Osteopathic Technique, all interwoven with mindfulness at the core.

Id love to make a special alter and honour our friend Rachel Gaynor, as it is one year since she passed. Anyone wanting to contribute to this is welcome.
Exchange: $90 (Bring a friend who has never tried Zenthai before for free). Available until the workshop is full.
